Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).
    Refer to: Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) (303-14 Electronic Engine Controls, Removal and Installation).

  1. Torque: 10 Nm

  1. Torque: 48 Nm

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:To prevent damage to the catalytic converter, do not over tighten the retaining clamp.
    Torque: 11 Nm

  1. Torque: 54 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
