Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Refer to: Turbocharger - 3.2L Duratorq-TDCi (Puma) Diesel (303-04E Fuel Charging and Controls - Turbocharger, Removal and Installation).

  1. Torque: 23 Nm

  1. WARNING:
    WARNING:Make sure that new nuts are installed.
    CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Make sure that new bolts are installed.
    Torque:
    1. Bolts 23 Nm
    2. Nuts 40 Nm

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure that new components are installed.
    Torque: 19 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
