HOOD - SERVICE REPAIR TIPS
LIGHT TRUCK:
1995-97 WINDSTAR
ISSUE:
A new repair procedure has been developed for hoods of vehicles that have been involved in low speed front end collisions. The repair is limited to the
hood when no visible damage to the hood has occurred.
ACTION:
Apply a bead of adhesive between the hood inner panel and outer panel along the flange just behind the hood latch. Refer to the following Inspection
Procedure and Hood Adhesive Procedure for details.
