Accelerator Control Cable
ACCELERATOR CONTROL CABLE REPLACEMENT
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Accelerator control cable from accelerator pedal.

Push accelerator control cable through bulkhead grommet.
2. Accelerator control cable from throttle lever by loosening cable locknut and adjusting nut.
3. Accelerator control cable from vehicle.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Accelerator control cable to throttle lever; secure with cable locknut and adjusting nut (do not tighten fully).

Push accelerator control cable through bulkhead grommet.
2. Accelerator control cable to accelerator pedal.

Adjust accelerator control cable. Refer to Accelerator Control Cable Adjustment under Adjustments.
