Removal Procedure
On the Escalade, the heating element is taped to the seat cushion. On the base vehicles and the Denali, the heating element is sewn into the seat cover and
is not serviceable separately. On these vehicles, the cover must be replaced.
1. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the seat cushion trim cover.
3. Remove the seat cushion heater.
4. Disconnect the seat cushion heater wiring harness.
Installation Procedure
1. Connect the cushion heater wiring harness.
2. Install the seat cushion heater.
3. Install the seat cushion trim cover.
4. Install the seat in the vehicle.
