K Yukon/Denali 4WD V8-6.5L DSL Turbo VIN S (1999)
5. Install the inlet heater hose to the thermostat housing.
6. Install the upper radiator hose and clamp to the thermostat housing and the radiator.
7. Install the A/C compressor the accessory bracket. Refer to
8. Install the idler pulley and the bracket assembly (if vehicle is not equipped with A/C) to the left accessory bracket. Refer to Drive Belt Idler Pulley
Replacement.
9. Install the auxiliary generator (it equipped) to the left accessory bracket. Refer to Generator Replacement - Auxiliary in Starting and Charging.
Install the engine cooling fan to the water pump. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement in Cooling System.
10. Install the drive belt on the drive pulleys, Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
11. Install the fan shroud on the radiator. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (Upper) in Cooling System.
12. Connect both the battery negative cables to the batteries. Refer to Battery Cable in Powertrain Management.
