If this washer is used, be certain to route the TCC solenoid wires around it as shown in Figure 1.
NOTICE:
For transmissions built without this part, do not try to add a washer during service. (If a washer any thicker than the production part is
used, then the case threads may strip out when the valve body bolt is torqued.)
