3. Adjust the toe by turning the tie rod adjuster sleeve (1) in order to achieve the proper toe specification.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Important: Check the relationship of the adjuster tube to the clamp. The adjuster tube slot (1) and the clamp opening (2) must not be in the same
position.
4. Verify that the toe adjustment is within specifications. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications.

Tighten the tie rod adjuster sleeves.

Tighten the tie rod adjuster sleeves to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
