CLEARANCE=A(CLUTCH 0FF)-B(CLUTCH ON)

CLEARANCE: 0.4 - 0.6 mm (0.016 - 0.024 in) 

NOTE: The shims are available in two sizes: 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm of thickness.

Clutch Inspection

Check pulley bearing play and drag by rotating the pulley by hand. Replace the pulley with a new one if it is noisy or has excessive play or drag.
