Fuel Gauge Reads Less Than Full
SYMPTOM
The needle on the fuel gauge does not go all the way to "F" after filling the fuel tank.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The arm on the fuel gauge sending unit is too long.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the fuel gauge sending unit with the new part listed under PARTS INFORMATION.
1.
Fold down the third seat.

Six-passenger: Remove the second seats.

Seven-passenger: Fold up the second seat.
2.
Lift the third seat mat by pulling up the five clips with your hands. Remove the clips holding the rear carpet to the center carpet. Roll the carpet
forward to get to the sending unit access cover.
