Remove the hood switch from the bracket by squeezing the lock tabs.

3.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the bottom of the hood switch.

4.

Install the hood switch into the washer, then insert it into the bracket.

5.

Reconnect the electrical connector.

6.

Push the hood switch into the bracket.

NOTE: The hood switch will not lock into the bracket, but it will fit snugly and stay in place. Do not bend the bracket trying to force the switch.
