2. Reinstall the dashboard center panel.
3. Connect the front passenger's airbag 4P connector (A) to dashboard wire harness A.
4. Reinstall the glove box.
5. Reconnect the negative cable to the battery.
6. After installing the airbag, confirm proper system operation: Turn the ignition switch ON (II); the SRS indicator should come on for about 6
seconds and then go off.

Removal
1. Slide the seat to the center position.
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery, and wait at least 3 minutes before beginning work.
3. Disconnect the side airbag harness 2P connectors (A).
4. Remove the front seat assembly and front seat-back cover.
5. Remove the mounting nuts (A) and the side airbag (B).
