Parking Brake Cable: Service and Repair
Repair Procedures

Removal

Hand Type

1. Release the parking brake lever thoroughly.
2. Remove the console. 

3. Disconnect the parking brake cable (B) from the equalizer assembly (A).

4. Disconnect the parking brake switch connector (A).
5. Remove the parking brake lever assembly by loosening the mounting bolts.

6. Remove the rear wheel & tire.
7. Remove the rear brake caliper and disc.
8. Disconnect the brake cable (A) from the parking brake assembly.

9. Loosen all of the cable guide bracket bolts. 

10. Remove the both of brake shoes holder (A) and pin (B).
