CAUTION:  Whenever tightening oil drain plug, use a new drain plug gasket.

5. Fill the crankcase with fresh engine oil through the oil filler cap opening.

Drain and Refill:
Without oil filter:  4.2 lit (4.4 U.S. qts., 3.69 Imp. qts.) 
With oil filter:  4.5 lit (4.74 U.S. qts., 3.95 Imp. qts.) 

CAUTION:  Do not overfill the crankcase. This will cause oil aeration and loss of oil pressure.

6. Install the oil filler cap.
7. Start and run the engine.
8. Stop the engine and then check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.
