Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair

    This component is non-serviceable and must be replaced as a unit, do not try to disassemble components.

1.

Raise and support vehicle.

2.

Disconnect harness connector.

3.

Disconnect brake lines from valve assembly.

4.

Remove isolation/dump valve retaining bolts, then valve assembly from vehicle.

5.

Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque isolation valve retaining bolts to 18 ft. lbs.
b. Torque brake line flare nuts to 12 ft. lbs.
c. Bleed brake system.
