Marker Lamp Bulb: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure
1. Ensure that the headlamp switch is in the OFF position.
2. Ensure the ignition switch is in the LOCK position.
3. Push down on the side marker lamp locking tab with a flat-bladed screwdriver and pull the lamp assembly outward.
4. Remove the bulb socket from the side marker. Rotate the socket 1/4 turn counter-clockwise.
5. Remove the bulb from the socket. Rotate the bulb 1/4 turn counter-clockwise.
Installation Procedure
1. Turn the bulb 1/4 turn clockwise in order to install the bulb to the socket.
2. Rotate the bulb socket 1/4 turn clockwise in order to install the bulb socket to the side marker lamp.
3. Align the side marker lamp and slide the lamp rearward until the locking tab is secure.
4. Ensure that the wiring harness does not get pinched during the installation of the side marker lamp.
