3. Remove the bolt that retains the upper seat belt anchor plate to the vehicle.
4. Use a flat-bladed toot to carefully remove the seat belt opening trim cover.
5. Remove the Body side trim panel. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
6. Guide the seat belt through the opening in the Body side trim cover.
7. Remove the bolt that retains the seat belt retractor assembly to the vehicle.
8. Remove the seat belt retractor assembly from the vehicle.
