Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
REMOVE
1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
2. Remove the tensioner assembly mounting bolts.
3. Remove the tensioner assembly.
Install
1. Install the drive belt tensioner assembly.
2. Install the attaching bolts.

Tighten the tensioner assembly bolts to 43 Nm (31 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the accessory drive belt.
