Wiper Blade: Service and Repair
Remove or Disconnect
1. Lift the wiper arm until it locks into the vertical service-up position.
NOTE: Use care when removing or installing a blade assembly. Inadvertent bumping can cause the arm to toggle back and strike the windshield.
2. Press down on the locking tab of the blade assembly pivot, then pull downward on the blade assembly to disengage it from the hook of the wiper
arm.
3. Insert from the blade assembly.

The insert has two notches at one end that are locked by the bottom claws of the blade assembly. At the notched end, pull the insert from the
blade assembly.
