Oil Line: Service and Repair
Engine Oil Cooler Line Replacement (RWD)
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the engine oil cooler lines support clamp bolt.
Important: Have a drain pan ready for the engine oil drain into.
2. Remove the bolt attaching the engine oil cooler lines to the oil filter adapter.
3. Hold the cooler lines below the bottom of the radiator to drain the engine oil.
4. Remove and discard the seals.
5. Remove the engine oil cooler line retaining rings from the engine oil cooler line quick connectors at the radiator engine oil cooler inlet and outlet.
