i-290 2WD L4-2.9L (2008)
1. Install a NEW seal into the intake manifold groove.
2. Position the throttle body control module to the intake manifold.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .
3. Install the throttle body control module bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
4. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the throttle body control module.
5. Connect the EVAP canister purge pipe (1) to the throttle body control module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (See: Fuel
Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service) .
6. Install the air cleaner resonator and outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator and Outlet Duct Replacement (See: Air Cleaner Housing/Air
Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Resonator and Outlet Duct Replacement) .
