I-MARK
Caster, Adjust
Caster angle is preset and cannot be adjusted.
Camber, Adjust
Camber angle can be increased approximately 1 degree by removing the upper ball joint, rotating it 1/2 turn, then reinstalling it with flat of upper flange
on the inboard side of the control arm.
Toe-In, Adjust
Toe-In is adjusted by the position of the tie rod. To adjust the toe-in setting, loosen the nuts at the steering knuckle end of tie rod, then loosen rubber
cover at other end. Tighten cover and locking nuts.
Wheel Bearing, Adjust
1.
Remove grease cap, cotter pin, then the spindle nut.
2.
Torque spindle nut to 21 ft. lbs. while rotating wheel to seat bearings.
3.
Back off spindle nut 1/4 turn. If slot and cotter key hole are not aligned, back off nut until next slot in nut is in alignment with hole in spindle. Do
not tighten spindle nut to bring slot in nut into alignment with hole in spindle. Install new cotter pin. A properly adjusted wheel bearing has a small
amount of endplay and a loose nut.
