SERVICE INFORMATION

A redesigned hood release cable is installed on models with VIN G0902887 and up. The new cable can be retrofitted to earlier models if excessive effort
is required to release the hood latch or if the latch does not return to its normal position when the cable is released. The new cable design has an
anti-friction
coating inside the sheath to reduce effort and prevent binding.
