Install a wavewasher to each sunshade lock as follows:
a.
Turn and open lock.
b.
Remove crescent ring.
c.
Remove lock cover.
d.
Install wavewasher to lock (Figure 2).
e.
Reinstall lock cover.
f.
Reinstall crescent ring.

Install tape as follows. Refer to Figure 3.
a.
Remove weatherstrip from front and rear of sunroof opening.
b.
Remove sunvisors.
c.
Remove rear view mirror.
d.
Remove assist grips.
e.
Remove dome and spot lamps.
f.
Remove headliner.
g.
Install approximately 4-inch lengths of tape along front and rear edges of sunroof frame in 4 places. Extend tape about 4 inches beyond sunroof
opening at each corner. At least 4 pieces of tape are required to properly cover each edge.
h.
Install an approximately 9-inch length of tape along each side edge of sunroof frame in 2 places, extending tape halfway down sunroof opening on
each side.
