Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable, then isolate cable end with electrical tape or equivalent.

2.

Disconnect oxygen sensor cable harness connector.

3.

Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold.

4.

Remove heat protector, then disconnect EGR pipe clip.

5.

Remove exhaust manifold from cylinder head.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
