Shift Cable: Adjustments

1.

Loosen the two adjusting nuts at the transaxle selector lever.

2.

Shift the transaxle into the neutral detent, then place selector lever on transaxle assembly in the neutral position.

3.

Handtighten the front adjusting nut fully against the selector lever boss, then back off the adjusting nut approximately 1/2 turn.

4.

Tighten the rear adjusting nut fully against the selector lever boss. Torque rear adjusting nut to 19 ft. lbs.
