Wiper Switch: Service and Repair

1.

Disarm airbag system as described under ``Airbag System Disarming.''

2.

Disconnect battery ground cable and cover with electrical tape.

3.

Remove instrument cluster hood hole covers, then the hood retaining screws.

4.

Disconnect electrical connectors from left and right switch pods.

5.

Remove two switch pod retaining screws.

6.

Reverse procedure to install. Rearm airbag system as described under ``Airbag System Arming.''
