Service Procedure

IMPORTANT

The following service procedure is unique to this campaign and does not supersede the on-vehicle pinion oil seal replacement procedure described in
the 1994/95 Isuzu Pickup (TF)/Amigo (TC) Workshop Manual (Part No. 2-90994-022-0).

1.

Raise the vehicle on a hoist.

2.

Remove the filler plug.

3.

Remove the drain plug and drain the gear oil into a suitable container.

4.

Mark the propeller shaft and the pinion flange so that they can be reconnected in the same position (Figure 1).

5.

Remove the four pinion flange bolts, disconnect the propeller shaft, and support the propeller shaft out of the way.
