Water Pump: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Remove the bolts attaching the lower engine cover and remove the cover.

3.

Drain the cooling system by removing the drain plug on the lower part of the radiator.

4.

Remove the nuts attaching the engine fan and remove the fan.

5.

Remove the bolts attaching the water pump and remove the pump.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
