Starter Motor: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable, then cover connector end with electrical tape.
2.
Disconnect wiring from solenoid.
3.
Remove starter motor retaining bolts and nuts, then the starter assembly.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
