SERVICE PROCEDURE
Clutch Pedal Height and Free Play Adjustment
1.
Refer to Figure 1.
(a)
If equipped with cruise control:
Remove clutch switch connector. Loosen lock nut, then turn switch out until there is a gap between the switch plunger and clutch pedal.
(b)
If not equipped with cruise control:
Loosen clutch pedal adjusting bolt.
2.
Loosen clutch master cylinder push rod lock nut. Tum push rod by hand to set clutch pedal be ight to within specification.
