Apply grease (BESCO L-2 or equivalent) to the inner and outer surface of the bushes and cable connecting portion.

Tighten the nut to the specified torque.

Torque: 28 N.m (21 lb.ft.)

2.  2nd relay lever assembly

Apply grease (BESCO L-2 or equivalent) to the arrowed portion in figure above

3.  Intermediate cable

-

After applying grease (BESCO L-2 or equivalent) to the cable guide, set it to the bracket by striking lightly with a mallet.
