Install the snap ring with the inside indented portion facing out.

3. Shim(s)

2. Drive plate

Install the magnetic clutch armature to the compressor drive shaft together with the original shim(s).

Press the magnetic clutch armature by hand.

1. Drive plate bolt

-

Using drive plate holder (J-33939) to prevent the drive plate from rotating.

-

Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.

Torque N.m (lb.ft.) 15(11) 

-

After tightening the bolt, check to be sure the pulley rotates smoothly.
