(a) Apply Loctite 515 (or the equivalent) to the flange surface of the housing assembly.
(b) Make sure that the housing assembly turns smoothly. If it turns smoothly, the spacer selected above is correct.
(c) Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
NOTE: Be sure to attach the spring washer.
