Brake Warning Indicator: Testing and Inspection
ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT TEST
Valve Replacement
1. Disconnect the wiring connector at the combination valve.

Connect a jumper wire from the harness to ground.
2. Turn the ignition key to "ON".

The warning light should light.
^
If the lamp will not light check the bulb. If the bulb is good, check wiring.
3. Turn the ignition off.
^
Disconnect jumper wire and connect the harness to the switch terminal.
