Check to be sure that the clutch clearance is between 0.3-0.6 mm (0.010-0.020 in.). (Figure 9 and Figure 10)

If the clutch clearance is not in specification:

Remove the center bolt and remove AC clutch using J-33944-A tool (Figure 11).

Reinstall the new A/C clutch using appropriate shim supplied with kit.
12.
Reinstall the serpentine belt with fan pulley, fan clutch and fan.

Be sure to route the serpentine belt correctly. Refer to Workshop Manual, if necessary.
