Align the two neutral markers together. (Figure 8)
10.
Align and install the steering wheel to the setting mark.
11.
Tighten the steering wheel fixing nut to the specified torque.

Torque: 34 Nm (25 ft lb)
12.
Reconnect the 2-pin yellow SRS connector and the 1-pin green horn lead-connector to the air bag.
NOTE Pass the lead wire through the tabs on the plastic cover (wire protector) of air bag to prevent lead wire from being pinched.
13.
Install the air bag into the steering wheel and tighten the two bolts.

Torque: 8.8 Nm (78 in lb)

ENABLING THE SRS/FINAL INSPECTION
1.
Reconnect the battery (-) cable.
2.
Turn the ignition switch to "ON" and verify that the "AIR BAG" warning lamp flashes seven times before turning off.
3.
Check the horn operation.
4.
Reprogram radio presets and reset clock.
