Bend out the (4) retaining tabs of the lock cylinder mate, remove and discard pivot bracket. (Figure 6 and 7)
8.
Remove the coil spring, (white plastic) collar, and then the key cylinder assembly from the lock cylinder mate. (Figure 8)
9.
Reinstall core assemblies with new collar, lock cylinder mate, and (pivot) bracket. (Refer to Parts Information section for new parts.)
