Valve Cover: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Battery negative cable.
2. Accelerator pedal cable [1].

Disconnect from throttle valve.
3. Ventilation hose [2].
^
Disconnect from air duct.
4. Air duct [3].
5. Spark plug wire [4].
^
Disconnect from spark plug side.
6. Ignition coil wire [5].
^
Disconnect from ignition coil side.
7. Condenser wiring connector [6].
8. Ignition coil wiring connector [7].
9. Positive crankcase ventilation hose [8].
10. Head cover ground cable [9].

Disconnect from cylinder head.
11. Cylinder head cover fixing bolts [10].
12. Cylinder head cover [11].
INSTALLATION
1. Cylinder head cover [11].
2. Cylinder head cover fixing boots [10].
^
Tighten the cylinder head cover fixing bolts to 10 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
3. Head cover ground cable [9].
4. Positive crankcase ventilation hose [8].
5. Ignition coil wiring connector [7].
