INSTALLATION
1. Cylinder head cover [8]

Clean the sealing surface of cylinder head and cylinder head cover to remove oil and sealing materials completely. Apply sealant (TB1207B or
equivalent) of bead diameter 2-3 mm at four places of arched area of camshaft brackets on front and rear sides.

Tighten bolts to 8 Nm (69 inch lbs.).
2. Throttle body and cable [7]

Tighten bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
3. Ignition coil connector and Ignition coil [6]
^
Tighten bolts to 5.8 Nm (4.3 ft. lbs.).
4. Ground cable [5]
^
Tighten bolts to 5.8 Nm (4.3 ft. lbs.).
5. Camshaft angle sensor connector [4]
6. Positive crankcase ventilation valve [3]
7. Exhaust gas recirculation pipe [2]
^
Tighten bolts to:
-
Exhaust manifold side 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
-
Cylinder head cover side 5.8 Nm (4.3 ft. lbs.).
8. Air cleaner duct assembly [1]
