Refer to Figure 1 and 2 for location of gaskets and tapes on spoiler.

1.

Remove spoiler as follows:

a.

Disconnect and remove stop lamp.

b.

Remove rubber stoppers from both sides of trunk lid.

c.

Release white clip from trunk lid center support.

d.

Remove nuts from underside of trunk lid at both sides, to release spoiler.

Turn spoiler upside down.

3.

Remove and discard existing rubber gaskets from screws on both sides of spoiler.

4.

Remove existing tape from center and both sides of spoiler. Thoroughly clean areas under tape of all adhesive residue. Be sure these areas are
clean and dry before applying new tape.

Refer to "Parts Information" section of this Service Bulletin for part numbers of new gaskets and tape.

5.

Remove backing from new gaskets and install to screws on both sides of spoiler, with the sticky side facing down (toward spoiler). See Figure 1.

6.

Remove backing from new side tapes and install to both sides of spoiler (Figure 1).
