Clutch Switch: Description and Operation
PURPOSE
Informs the ECM when the clutch pedal is depressed.
LOCATION
On the pedal bracket assembly, on the driversd footwell.
OPERATION
When the clutch pedal is depressed, a circuit is supplied to ground. The ECM monitors this circuit to provide fuel cut on deceleration
