Slave Cylinder Disassembly
Disassembly steps
1. Boot
2. Push rod
3. Piston assembly
4. Spring
Inspection and Repair
Make necessary correction or parts replacement if wear, damage or any other abnormal conditions are found during inspection.
Before inspection, wash clean all disassembled parts in brake fluid and blow dry.
Check the following parts, and replace with new ones as necessary.

Check cylinder bore and piston for wear and rust formation.

Check spring for weakening.

Check piston cups for wear and deterioration.
NOTE: The entire piston assembly must be replaced if any of the piston parts are found to be objectionable.
