Carefully remove outside rear view mirror assembly and pull the wire harness through the door opening and disconnect from mirror motor
connector (figure 2).
4.
Install the noise filter (part # 8-97224-655-0) to the wire harness and to the mirror motor connector.
5.
Install outside rear view mirror assembly and snap speaker cover into place.
6.
Repeat the procedure for the other side.
