Disconnect EGR valve pipe and EGR valve harness (figure 1).
NOTE:
By disconnecting EGR valve pipe from EGR valve, removal of EGR valve can be eliminated (figure 2).

Carefully remove both old inlet manifold gaskets and clean surfaces thoroughly (Make sure that all the old gasket material has been removed).
5.
Install the new inlet manifold gaskets and replace common chamber assembly.
