Flap Motor/Gearbox Assembly (Upper)

Removal

1. Open the bonnet and disconnect the battery earth lead.
2. Remove the glove box on left hand drive cars and  displace the relay mounting bracket.
4. Remove the right hand side dash liner.

5. Remove the screws securing the electronic control module (1) to the air conditioning unit and reposition the module to one side for access.
6. Remove the screws securing the flap motor assembly.
7. displace the assembly and disconnect the multi-plug connector.
8. Remove the flap motor assembly (2).

NOTE:  Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
