Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel. See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service and Repair
3. Disconnect the cold air bypass actuator electrical connector.
4. Remove the cold air bypass actuator.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
