6. WARNING:  IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE SPRINGS ARE CORRECTLY POSITIONED IN THE VEHICLE. THE UPPER MOUNT

HOUSING CONTAINS A PAINTED MARK THAT CORRESPONDS WITH THE COIL SPRING UPPER WIRE END. IF THE MARK
IS NOT EVIDENT IT IS NECESSARY TO PAINT A NEW MARK IN THE REQUIRED LOCATION. 

WARNING:  IF THE UPPER MOUNT HOUSING IS REPLACED, THE PAINTED MARK MUST BE COPIED ACROSS FROM THE
PREVIOUS MOUNT. 

Remove the strut and spring assembly.

1. Remove the shock absorber nut and bolt.

2. Remove the strut and spring assembly.

Installation 

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
