If the fault is still apparent on any vehicle, refer to GTR section 510-10 and install a new front seat base.

Procedure 3 - Fore/AFT Motor Replacement

PROCEDURE 3: FORE/AFT MOTOR REPLACEMENT

1.

Refer to GTR section 501-10 and remove the front seat.

2.

Transfer the seat onto a suitable work surface.

3.

Unhook bungee cord from tray. (Figure 10)

NOTE:

If there is a green label on the motor, use green label motor kit (C2C 29234).

If there is a silver label on the motor, use silver label motor kit (C2C 29235).

4.

Check the color of the identity label on the faulty motor. (Figure 11)

5.

Undo and remove the motor securing screws. (Figure 12)

6.

Slide the motor with the long flexible drive bar away from the mounting bracket and disengage the short drive bar.
