9. Slacken and remove the two console rear securing screws.
10. Remove 'J' gate finisher and veneer panel. See: Center Console/Centre Console 'J' Gate Trim/'J' Gate Finisher and See: Center Console/Centre

11. Remove fascia centre veneer panel.
12. Slacken and remove the two centre console front securing screws.
13. Ensuring that harness is clear, pull console rearwards to withdraw front dowels from tunnel locations.
14. Remove console from vehicle.

16. Remove centre console glovebox and lid. See: Glove Compartment/Service and Repair
